MEET DR. TANIA

Dr. Tania Mitchell is dedicated to providing the best possible veterinary care to her patients. Combining her passions for being a veterinarian, family and travel, she has been caravanning around Australia with her husband, Marcus, and three young boys since April 2020, helping travelling dogs and other pets as Vet in a Van.
This experience has provided Dr. Tania with insight into the types of dog first aid situations that need to be managed when access to veterinary care may be limited.

Knowing what is normal helps us to understand if something might be wrong. Dr. Tania explains how to take your dog’s temperature, measure their heart and breathing rates, and check their gum colour. Compare your pet to the normal range and know if you should seek extra help.
